Thank you to SCDOI for responding to NABIP SC’s recently filed a complaint relative to the concerns regarding certain Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug Insurance Companies.
As encouraged by NABIP in filing this complaint, we feel very strongly that agents must be compensated for the services that they provide. Additionally, last minute changes to networks, agent appointments, and marketing affect those who are often the most vulnerable – our Medicare Beneficiaries. Other states have also joined us in such efforts, and we are grateful for the support of our National team at NABIP.
We will keep you posted on any changes as a result to the complaint.
