Cancellation notices must be received in writing by email to katie@beaconamc.net Cancellations received 60 days before an event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received 30-60 days before an event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations received 15-30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will be processed in the next payment cycle. Cancellations received with less than 15 days before an event are not eligible for a refund. Event no shows are not eligible for a refund.
