Cancellation notices must be received in writing by SCAHU via fax 803-252-7799 or email at sarah@associationsplus.com. Cancellations received 60 days before an event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received 30-60 days before an event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations received 15-30 days before an event are eligible for a 50% refund. Refunds will be processed in the next payment cycle. Cancellations received with less than 15 days before an event are not eligible for a refund. Event no shows are not eligible for a refund.

Sponsor/vendor signage will be sent to print on 08/30/17 at 11 a.m. If sponsors/vendors are not committed by this time, they will not be included in printed materials.
