This continuing education course provides agents and brokers with key insights into the evolving ICHRA market, including national and South Carolina trends, along with practical best practices for managing and supporting ICHRA groups. Participants will also gain an overview of 2027 Open Enrollment updates and strategies to help drive successful enrollment outcomes.

About Speaker: Peter Gula is the Director of ICHRA at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina and is a subject matter expert in ICHRA strategy and execution. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and is a Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute. Personally, Peter resides in Columbia, SC with his wife and three children and is an active volunteer in the community through a variety of organizations such as Young Life, the Salvation Army, and the Richland One School District. Most importantly, Peter holds strong personal values of integrity, hard work, and service.
