Annette Bechtold, One Digital

Annette Bechtold brings 35 years of experience to OneDigital.

As senior vice president of regulatory affairs and reform initiatives, Bechtold is responsible for health care reform initiatives and strategic development at Digital. She advises, educates and supports Digital’s overall corporate tactics and client support issues.  She joined Digital Insurance in 2005 as vice president of operations and was later promoted to senior vice president of operations and strategic development before taking on her current role.

Prior to joining Digital, Bechtold held sales and operations management positions with Member Insurance Agency in Georgia, as well as John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance in Illinois. She was named “Employee Benefit Adviser of the Year” by Employee Benefit Adviser magazine in 2010.

A graduate of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana, Bechtold earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, specializing in insurance and risk management. She’s a certified insurance counselor licensed in life, health, property and casualty, and is past president of the Atlanta Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU), immediate president of the Georgia Association of Health Underwriters (GAHU), and immediate past chair of the legislative council for the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

Jeff Kiser, Aetna

Jeff Kiser is the Market Head of Sales & Service for Aetna.  In this capacity, Jeff is responsible for all new business sales and account management activities in the Carolinas.  Jeff has over 25-years of health executive experience including leadership roles with WakeMed Health & Hospitals where he served as Director of Managed Care Contracting / Corporate & Community Health and with UnitedHealthcare where he served as Director of Network Management for North Carolina.  Jeff is an Eagle Scout and is also very active in the community where he has served on boards for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Raleigh Alumni Association and the YMCA.  Jeff holds a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia.
